Tom Castleberry


Chief Executive Officer


Tom became CEO of Network Safety Corporation in July of 1996.

Tom is also CEO of Anasazi Inc a provider of Hotel Reservations Systems. Tom was rehired by Anasazi to rejuvenate its sales of Reservations Services.

Previously, Tom was Senior Vice President of the ISD division of First Data Corporation.

Before FDC, Tom was Anasazi's President and Chief Executive Officer. He directed all company operations with specific responsibilities that included: corporate strategy, financial management, and the overall direction of corporate research and development activities. Tom also provided direct marketing to selected customers.

Under the name of International Anasazi, Inc., Anasazi was owned by Visa USA from October 1983 to April 1987. Tom was President of International Anasazi and was a Senior Vice President of Visa USA. His principal responsibilities pertained to Visa's point-of-sale processing business. During this time, Visa became the leading provider of national point-of-sale authorizations in the country.

Tom founded International Anasazi, Inc. in 1979. Prior to founding the company, Tom was Group Vice President of Ramada Inns and President of Ramada Inns' MICOR, Inc. subsidiary. MICOR pioneered and developed the use of intelligent terminals and distributed data processing in such areas as hotel reservations, property management and EFT systems, reaching over $20 million in annual sales within six years.

Before his affiliation with Ramada Inns, Tom was Vice President and Manager of Data Processing and Systems Administration for the Crocker National Bank. He directed all computer-based operations for Crocker Bank with direct responsibility for a 1,200-person work force.

Prior to joining Crocker, Tom was a consultant with Touche Ross & Co., serving on consulting engagements in the banking, retail distribution and lodging industries.

Tom holds an undergraduate degree in Geochemistry from the University of California.
