NetNAT NN1-3E-Enterprise
The NN1-3E-Enterprise is a very powerful IP Router, Internet Firewall
and enhanced RFC 1631 NAT
device for the Internet user or provider. It is used where there is an existing Internet connection with
Ethernet, or in a new Internet connection where a separate Wide Area Router is desired.
NN1-3E Specifications
The NN1-3E model contains:
- Full NetNAT Firewall features
- Three combination Ethernet interfaces, with coax, AUI and TP connections
- Dynamic Mapping for 256 simultaneous client sessions
- Fixed and Port Mapping for 64 virtual hosts
- Syslog logging of significant events and traffic volumes
- Hardware watchdog timer
- Online manual via builtin WWW server
- Substantial Cost Savings!
- One year free software upgrades
Shown here, the three-ethernet NN1-3E provides
secure connection between a vulnerable "public"
LAN segment and two internal "private" segments. The IP Addresses of
all devices on
the private segments are hidden from the outside. Client applications on the private segments work
without modification.
Servers on the private segments may be shown or hidden from the outside as
the user wishes. The two private networks may see each other through
the NetNAT's IP Router function, or hidden from each other if desired.
Substantial Cost Savings!
If you have two internal networks to protect with a Firewall, you need a
more capable Firewall and a three-ethernet IP router. If you use our
smallest NetNAT, you still need to spend $5000 or so on a big router.
Our NN1-3E does all of the jobs at the same time.
